We run one of the UK’s leading Structured Diabetes Education programs for people living with type 2 diabetes.
We have successfully worked with the NHS across the UK for over 10 years and have enabled thousands of people to receive our award winning training, giving them the education and confidence to live well with diabetes.
We are now at an exciting point where we are now looking to take our services global, helping more people feel empowered to take control of their own care.
We are looking for partners who want to replicate our success with the UK’s NHS to take our award-winning program to new countries and regions.
Who can partner with us?
This opportunity will appeal to any organisation responsible for improving health outcomes for people with diabetes. Maybe you’re a healthcare organisation, insurance company, public health body, charity, or occupational health organisation.
Why partner with us?
- Improve outcomes for patients – our programmes lead to better diabetes management including a 16.4% relative reduction in HbA1c [1] and a 98.8% positive recommendation score [2]
- Achieve impressive return on investment – By educating people on how to manage their diabetes you can help prevent complications and the additional associated costs.
- Generate additional revenue streams by offering our programmes to your customers/patients.
- Accredited licencing – once accredited, you’ll be able to deliver our programmes to your target audience.
- Training and annual accreditation – we equip your educators with all the necessary tools – no clinical experience is required.
