Q: Do Educators have to have a clinical background?

A: No, whilst we welcome Educators from any clinical background, our course curriculums and delivery processes are designed so that any confident trainer can deliver the content effectively.

 

 

Contracts, licensing and billing

Q: How will my organisation be charged?

A: Organisations that partner with us will be charged for the Train the Educator training and re-accreditation annually. We will then charge a fee per person that you train after that. Depending on your agreement with us, you may also be charged for any additional services that you have purchased as part of your contract.

Q: Is there a minimum number of sessions that we need to deliver?

A: To ensure that all of our Educators remain confident in delivering EMPOWER Type 2 we require a minimum of one session per month to be delivered.

Q: What results do we need to share back with the EMPOWER team?

A: As part of your contract with us, you need to share back anonymised data from your pre-course, post-course feedback and 12-month evaluation forms. This will help us to monitor the clinical effectiveness of our programme and the impact it is having worldwide.
