Our four-hour type 2 diabetes programme teaches attendees about diabetes, its impact on the body and how to make small, achievable changes to diet and lifestyle.
How we can help you:
- Licence your educators to deliver EMPOWER – we give you all the training and support you need to be successful – no clinical experience is required.
- Use our educators – if you’re looking for a provider to deliver diabetes education, we can do that too. Whether online or in person we can create bespoke packages including delivery in multiple languages to suit participant needs
- Provide the full bells and whistles – we can also manage your end-to-end administration process including everything from referrals, management and evaluation.
